If the "Play Store Mode" field in the policy is set to "WHITELIST", and the application's package name is not listed in the policy's applications list as "Available" or "Force Install", Urmobo will automatically remove the app from the device, as it is not among the approved apps.
If the application is available in the Software Catalog, the easiest way to find the package name is to go to the path:
Side menu > Applications, and copy the value shown in the "Package Name" column.
Then, go to:
Side menu > Management > Policies > Applications, and add that package name to the list.
This restriction is essential, as it ensures that if a user manages to install an application through unauthorized means, the system will automatically remove it.
