To ensure the security of our clients’ environments, even Urmobo technicians can only access an environment with authorization.
Therefore, it is necessary to create a temporary access token so our team can view and intervene in your environment if needed.
Step-by-step to create an access token:
1. Access the side menu:
2. Help & Support > Access Token.
A list of previously created tokens will be displayed, as shown in the image below:
Creating a new token:
Click the “Add” button.
The token creation screen will be displayed:
On this screen, fill in the following fields:
User: select the technician who will receive the token.
Expiration Date: set the date until which the token will be valid (after this date, access will be automatically blocked).
Click “Save” to finish.
The selected user will automatically receive the generated token by email.
