If it is necessary to grant access to the administrator password for people who do not have access to the management portal, follow these steps:
- Access the profile of the desired entity.
- In the Settings tab, check the option “Allow Anonymous Password Lookup” (as shown in the image below).
- Save the changes to the entity.
- After this configuration, share the following URL with the authorized people, replacing
<token>with the generated code:
https://mdm.urmobo.com.br/EntityPassword/<token>
Replace <token> with the specific token for the entity in question in the URL provided.
