When Urmobo is used with Kiosk mode enabled, Android may automatically disable the display of notifications for the user.
There are two ways to resolve this issue, depending on the user's level of access to the system settings:
2) If the user does not have access to Android settings
When access to Android settings is blocked, to have notifications displayed again, it is necessary to enable "Lock Task" mode.
To do this, access the policy you want to edit and go to the "Kiosk" tab.
Check the options "Enable Lock Task Mode" and "Enable Urmobo Kiosk".
Additionally, it is essential to ensure that the status bar is also enabled, as shown in the image below.
Note: After activating Lock Task mode, any app that is not listed in the policy will be automatically blocked, including system apps.
Therefore, it is essential to ensure that all packages necessary for the device’s operation are allowed in the "Applications" tab of the policy, with the installation type set to "Available."
