First, you need to identify which version you want to update to:
AFW: Access the policy for the devices that need to be updated. In the second tab ("Policies"), check the option "Force Urmobo update" and then click "Save". This way, the devices will receive the update immediately and cannot be used until the installation is complete.
Other versions: Go to the menu "Applications > Update Urmobo" and upload the latest version by completing the three steps of the process: Device Selection, Item Selection, and Confirmation.
